Nanofilms characterization: Microstructural & chemical
Great success of Post-graduate training organized in collaboration with VINF. ICMS members welcomed this event and strongly interacted with other participants from Russia, France, Belgium and Morocco as well as with teachers from Hungary, England, Germany, France etc. This event centered in electron microscopy techniques for materials characterization was a great opportunity to the researchers and in special to the young researchers of the ICMS to get know-how and knowledge on the advanced microscopy and spectroscopy techniques which will be implemented at the ICMS with the new electron microscopy equipments.
The 3 day training counted with theoretical and practical classes, including a demo on digital micrograph program from GATAN.
